The Guam Energy Office sponsors trainings, workshops, sessions, and holds an annual expo to reach out to the community about energy conservation, energy efficiency, and renewable energy technologies to reduce energy usage in buildings.

Also, in addition to having energy presentation to students in classroom setting when requested, the Guam Energy Office sponsors an annual Energy Poster and Essay Contest for schools island-wide around October/November to encourage students to show their understanding about energy through pictures and words.

Guam Energy Expo was held at the Micronesia Mall, Center Court on Saturday, July 31, 2021, 11 am – 3 pm. The event provided the community energy saving solutions and products that are available on-island. Various local vendors participated in this event to include Guam Power Authority, Dept. of Administration,  East Island Tinting, Automated Energy Systems, GoSolar Guam, ACC Air, Generation Renewable Incorp., Deesoniis, Sun Energy Motors Inc., and Marianas Coating.
