Guam’s energy policies guide how energy is planned, produced, and used across the island. GEO coordinates energy policy efforts and supports the implmentation of Guam’s energy laws and strategic plans.

Guam’s clean energy vision focuses on expanding renewable energy, improving efficiency, and reducing fossil fuel dependence. Through collaboration with various government agencies, national laboratories, and community leaders, GEO supports the collective efforts of public and private organizations dedicated to sustainable energy development.
