An Act to add a new § 67101.7 to Chapter 67 of Title 21, Guam Code Annotated, Relative to adopting the 2017 Guam Tropical Energy Code (GTEC); to renumber the existing §§ 67101.7 of Chapter 67, Title 21, Guam Code Annotated; and to amend relevant sections of locally adopted building codes.
